Jobspotting is all about data and making sense of it when it comes to jobs and companies. To help employers get the most out of their recruitment efforts, we are excited to announce a brand new toolset for employers to make the most of their campaigns.
During the past 10 months we have collected and analysed a massive amount of data around job openings and employers. In fact, we are currently tracking over 200,000 companies. We use the data we collect to help candidates learn about employers and to make better decisions about which opportunities to pursue.
From today, employers can claim their existing profiles for free and further build on the existing data that Jobspotting has gathered about them. And in order to become master recruiters, employers can now use Jobspotting’s analytics dashboard to analyse the performance of their recruitment campaigns, benchmark themselves against competitors, and gain detailed, anonymous insights into demographic data, behaviors, skills, and interests of job seekers.
This is our first step toward making online recruitment more transparent, which we believe will benefit employers and job seekers alike. Following a test phase with around 100 companies such as IBM, Immobilienscout24, and Rocket Internet, we are excited to roll this out to the public. Our team has been working on this release for the past 6 weeks, and we have a number of updates and new features lined up in the coming days and weeks.
