Jobspotting Company Pages and the Analytics Dashboard were officially launched on November 18th. Before we released the features to the world, we went through an alpha test phase with a selection of companies in order to get a better understanding of what they needed.
And some companies are already bringing their A-game.

Airbnb of course, needs little introduction! The company that revolutionised the way we find holiday accommodation is renowned for their company culture. Each individual company page is already populated with automatically-generated text and images to help you understand more about the establishment. Representatives for the company can take over the page, control their branding and make their page beautiful through editing their profile.
Job seekers can follow company pages to make sure they don’t miss out on any updates from companies they like. And this is great for employers too – the more followers they have, the more potential employees get emails about their jobs!

With big multinationals like Deloitte, it can be hard to get an overview of the company’s vast operations. With Jobspotting, job seekers can check out all the office locations, and see if appealing positions are located in places that appeal to them. For developers, it’s also important to get a sense of what technologies are used in a company. These are listed based on the skills sought in the company’s job ads.
3. Show Off Company Culture like ImmobilienScout24
Anyone who’s ever looked for a flat in Germany will know ImmobilienScout24 – the most popular flat-hunting site in the country. They have really made their company page beautiful, showing details of the benefits employees can expect, and giving a taste of life at the company by connecting their Instagram feed.
4. Share Multimedia like IBM
Tech giant IBM have taken full advantage of their Company Page, really grasping the chance to show their best side to potential employees. They’ve linked video content to their profile, detailed the business fields they operate in, and they show the vast list of technologies they use.
5. Show Off Skills & Hiring Trends like Accenture
Big companies like Accenture tend to hire in waves. For job seekers, it’s great to know when is the best time to apply for a job. On Jobspotting Company Pages, candidates can see live vacancies, the skills a company is seeking, and get a sense of the hiring trends of the company. If you really want to work for a certain company, you’ll now be able to see when to apply.
